ABOUT ME 

Sports and athletics have always been a huge part of my life. From playing soccer competitively at a young age, and into my adult years. To being introduced to bodybuilding and weightlifting in 2014 through self-teaching, research, and eventually hiring my first coach to compete in 2017. In this time of competing, I took home first place, and qualified for provincials. My passion for fitness and helping others has led me to many great experiences as an athlete, and coach. My time coaching children’s soccer has provided me the opportunity to help youth achieve desired skills, and build confidence in a fun atmosphere! That of which I hope to use as transferable skills as a Coach at Polsky’s.  

 

When stepping foot into Polsky’s in December of 2019, I immediately knew this was where I wanted to continue outputting my competitive drive. From the ever-so welcoming coaches and athletes, and the fun camaraderie experienced daily - to the detail of each class, and unlimited options to tailor the movements to your skill level and needs. It made it easy to continuously show up and work on becoming a better athlete. I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to now continue my growth as a Coach (as well as an athlete) alongside some of my favourite people, in the best community where we can continue to learn and grow together!

Anything with rowing or box movements.

Fran and burpees
