WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?

Our main priority is the safety and health of our members. We have protocols in place to make you our priority asa we navigate through this together.

Classes: We are open and running a full class schedule. All spots in class are reserved ahead of time through our membership software, RhinoFit. Our classes are capped at 12 during the week and 16 on weekends. Any updates to the schedule will be posted on the website.


WOD Pods: Each person has their own equipment and designated space ('WOD Pod') in front of their rig to allow for appropriately physically-distanced workout zones. 

Mask Policy: All members are required to wear a mask in the gym until they get into their WOD Pod, and in anytime they leave their WOD Pod during class time (I.e. grabbing additional equipment, using the bathroom/changeroom).


Cleaning: In addition to cleaning equipment and WOD pods between classes, we have hired a professional cleaning service to keep bathrooms/ changerooms and high traffic areas as clean as possible.

**As of September 22, 2021, as mandated by the Canadian Government, anyone using the gym facility will need to provide visual proof of double vaccination.

DO YOU HAVE DROP-INS OR CLASS PASSES?

We offer both monthly/yearly memberships and 10 class passes. Your first class is free, so come train with us and give it a try!

DO YOU HAVE OPEN GYM TIME?

All of our members follow our class programming, which is coached by our top-notch coaching team.
