WHO WE ARE

Welcome to Polsky’s Strength & Conditioning.

Founded in 2018 by Kait and Nick Anapolsky, Polsky’s Strength & Conditioning was built with a clear purpose: to play a crucial role in creating healthier, happier lives through the ultimate fitness experience.

From day one, our focus has been about more than just training. We’ve created an environment filled with like-minded people who are committed to showing up, putting in the work, and striving to be better—together.

Our community includes individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and all ages starting from 5 years old. No matter where you’re starting, you’ll find support, accountability, and encouragement within our space.

At PSC, we’ve built more than a gym—we’ve built a community. One that connects members to new friendships, shared goals, and opportunities to grow both inside and outside the gym.

PSC is a place where effort is respected, progress is celebrated, and hard work doesn’t mean sacrificing fun. We train seriously, but we enjoy the process. We believe in training with purpose—not quick fixes. Every session is intentional, structured, and designed to support long-term performance, longevity, and quality movement.
