ABOUT ME

I’ve been passionate about movement for as long as I can remember—I started figure skating at the age of 2 and have led an active lifestyle ever since. While figure skating was my main sport, I also competed in track & field and played volleyball throughout my youth. In 2015, I joined the University of Waterloo Figure Skating Team, eventually becoming captain for the 2019–20 season and later coaching the team from 2021 to 2025. After graduating in 2020, I began working out and teaching at a local fitness studio, which eventually led me to PSC in July 2022. From day one, I knew I had found something special. I hadn’t felt my competitive drive in years, but PSC reignited that spark almost instantly. This community has helped me reach my best physical and mental shape, and I credit that to the inspiring coaches and the tight-knit, supportive environment. I’m thrilled to be stepping into a coaching role at PSC and excited to give back—to help others grow, push their limits, and feel as empowered as I have since joining this incredible team.
