As a Registered Massage Therapist, my number one goal is to help people feel and move better—whether in the gym, at work, or throughout everyday life.
While my professional interest has always been rooted in athletic-based therapy, my true passion lies in working with clients who want to be active participants in their recovery. I enjoy collaborating with individuals who are willing to put in the effort, take ownership of their health, and work toward meaningful goals. My aim is to support clients on their journey by helping their bodies function at their best, improving performance, and reducing the risk of injury.
I pride myself on having a strong understanding of biomechanics, supported by a background in kinesiology. As a competitive athlete myself, I understand the importance of regular maintenance and intelligent recovery. For those involved in high-level or competitive sports, it is essential to work with a therapist who understands movement patterns, training demands, competition schedules, and personal goals. Each treatment is tailored with these factors in mind to support both performance and longevity.
